Kathryn Rossi will be presenting on Fractionation. In Therapeutic Hypnosis there are many useful interventions that many of us would like to learn. Fractionization is one of these techniques. Ernest Rossi called this the “Yo-yoing of consciousness.” This technique is used to deepen a hypnotic trance by repeatedly guiding the client in and out of a trance state as Milton Erickson did in “The February Man.” Fractionation is also helpful to use when a client is overwhelmed. In our time together we will explore and experience the “how’s” and “when’s” via a deeper understanding of the 4 Stage Creative Cycle. In breakout groups you can test your confidence as you appreciate your wonderful new skill set of learning.

Kathryn Rossi, PhD, is an award-wining clinical psychologist who, in addition to several books, has also authored more than 80 scientific papers on psychosocial genomics, therapeutic hypnosis, grief and yoga and teaches innovative psychotherapy internationally.
