NCSCH
was founded in 1970 and became a component society of the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis created by Milton Erickson,
Kaye Thompson, and others. For the past 37 years this volunteer-run grassroots organization has provided superior training
with national and internationally respected speakers and talented clinicians from NC as well.
A
community of therapists committed to the competent and effective use of hypnosis has grown over the years. In our 37th year
we welcome new participants and celebrate the many friendships and collegial relationships that have developed.
Using the links in left hand column please review some of our activities in 2005
and 2006 and the impressive list of training and supervision resources planned for 2007. The training listed is by independently
operating therapists who are solely responsible for content. Contact them with your questions and please share this information
with your colleagues. We welcome your inquiries or suggestions.
